Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Return and Cancellation Policy has been prepared to inform website visitors and customers ("Buyer") who order products through the www.epilogylab.com website ("Site"), owned by EPILOGY İLAÇ VE KOZMETİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, regarding the cancellation and return of products.
Cancellation and Return Conditions:
- Distance Sales Agreement: For the cancellation and return of products ordered by the Buyer, the relevant provisions in the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") signed between Epilogy and the Buyer shall apply.
- Warranty Coverage: Every product you purchase is under our company's warranty.
- Return Period: You can return the product, unopened in its box, within 14 days from the date your order is received, with the approval of Epilogy Customer Services. Once the product reaches our return warehouse and is confirmed to be unopened, your refund will be made to your bank.
- Damaged Products: If you believe the product was damaged during shipping, open and inspect your package in front of the cargo company official. If you detect any damage to the product, have a report drawn up with the cargo company and do not accept the product. If no report is drawn up, it will be assumed that the cargo company fulfilled its duty after the product is received.
- Non-Returnable Products: If conditions such as spoilage, breakage, destruction, tearing, or use are detected in the product, and if the product is not returned in the condition it was received, the product will not be accepted for return and its price will not be refunded.
- Return Process: After the product is returned, your return process will be finalized within 7 business days.
- Credit Card Refunds: After the return is approved, credit card refunds will be made within 7 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account in the same statement period. In this case, you will need to contact your bank's credit card service.
- Product Complaints: For complaints that may arise after you receive the product, you can contact customer service at info@epilogy.com.tr. If it is determined that the problem is not user-induced, a compensation process will be initiated.
